We’re all going on a summer holiday….

Niall and I are both off to London tomorrow. First we visit St John Restaurant, which should be interesting considering that the menu has dishes like roast bone marrow and parsley salad, and chitterlings with dandelion. Whenever I have to ‘google’ most of the menu options I know i’m in for a surprise!
On Saturday night we are off for a cookery lesson in La Cucina Caldesi with chef Stefano Borella – so we hope to return full of ideas for our next dinner party.. Oh, and not to forget our trip to Carluccios for a wine-filled lunch.
Finally, we take a well-deserved holiday on Sunday and fly off for two weeks to taste the delights of what Portugal has to offer – we’ll certainly try to keep you updated along the way!
