Here’s a wonderful recipe that turns a boring block of Feta cheese into an incredibly tasty lunch or a light meal. The flavours are just perfect for Summer, and the parcels are ideal for BBQ cooking – just make sure you’ve plenty of warm crusty bread and a good bottle of white wine to hand!
