Actually, a concoction of Lemsip and Night Nurse did help a bit.. After two weeks away from the site due to the dreaded Swine Flu, we’re back! There hasn’t been much going on other than feeling a bit sorry for ourselves, but with everything returning to normal we’re planning some interesting posts for the run..
