Actually, a concoction of Lemsip and Night Nurse did help a bit..
After two weeks away from the site due to the dreaded Swine Flu, we’re back!
There hasn’t been much going on other than feeling a bit sorry for ourselves, but with everything returning to normal we’re planning some interesting posts for the run up to Christmas: we’re going to the Belfast Christmas Continental Market with Nicky and James on Friday night, with a write-up and photos to follow; we’ll be making our own cranberry sauce for Christmas Day, with the usual recipes and how-to; and we’ll be sending out the “Leon: Ingredients and Recipes” books to the lucky winners of the competition. So no rest for the wicked!
Thanks for staying with the site during our absence – and maybe we’ll see you at City Hall on Friday night.
