I saw Theo Randall making his Pork in Milk with Lemon and Sage on Market Kitchen a while ago, and just had to give it a bash. The sauce might look a little scary, but the flavours are just fantastic. Served with some wilted spinach, and a good bottle of Frascati, the recipe makes a perfect Summer-time meal.
