Niall and I are off to the BBC’s Proms in the Park in Hillsborough tomorrow night which should be a great night out – especially as we can bring in our own food and wine!

We’ll update you on Monday with what we think makes a perfect picnic.

Instead of throwing away the heels of your bread use them to make breadcrumbs and place in the freezer for later use
