Cranberry Kick with Boozeberries Wild Cranberry
I’ve been talking about starting a cocktail section on our site for a while now and have never got round to it! BUT as the weekend has finally arrived and the nice people at Boozeberries have kindly given us some of their delicious products to try I thought it was the perfect excuse to crack open the spirits and get mixing.
I decided to make a Cranberry Kick to start off the night. This cocktail is tangy and refreshing, the perfect start to an evening and one I would definitely order on a night out. This is how I made it..
Ingredients
- 1 Measure Russian Standard Vodka
- 1 Measure Boozeberries Wild Cranberry Liqueur
- 1 Dash Lime Juice
- Top up Cranberry Juice
Method
- Half fill a highball glass (i.e. a tall, thin glass) with cubed ice.
- Add the vodka, lime juice, cranberry liqueur and cranberry juice.
- Stir well.
- Decorate with a lime wedge and enjoy.
And that’s all there is to it!
Notes
If you are wondering if the Boozeberries liqueur makes a difference to the cocktail, then the answer is simply YES! I made the cocktail without it to see what the difference would be and it was very very bland. The cranberry liqueur gives the cocktail a wonderful sweetness and fruitiness, making the Cranberry Kick so much more enjoyable!
